		<description>Note that Mike Moore's default write instructions completely screwed up Safari to the point that it no longer worked.

I had to restore a copy of com.apple.Safari.plist for it to work again:

cp  /Volumes/new_backup/Users/jerry/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist .</description>
